COMPANY HISTORY:
The Company was incorporated on 18th of November 1984 as a private limited company in Pakistan, with the registered office in Karachi, Sindh and subsequently converted into a public limited company on 30th of December 1987. The shares of the company are listed on Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad Stock Exchanges. The principal activity of the company is manufacturing and sale of Polyester Staple Fibre.
